Dr Ratsela is a specialist physician who has just established a specialist private practice in Mahikeng. This practice is  attached to the Victoria Private hospital which is a member of the Clinix group of hospitals in the country.

The practice prides itself about comprehensively taking care of patients. In this practice we listen, examine, investigate and manage all our clients. This practice is in contact with other specialitities such as cardiology, pulmonology, Neurology and Haematology and Oncology. Our patients are also referred to Physiotherapists, Dieticians and clinical psychologists for special care. We are currently working hard to establish group such as the Diabetic and HIV clinics.
